The menu designed for our Sensus Restaurant has been created to reflect its sleek and contemporary interiors; unconventional and creative dishes are made from fresh local delicacies and carefully paired with finest Croatian wines from from the shelves of our wine cellar that line the walls.
The food is matched by the magnificence of the setting - the sun reflecting off the stone walls of the Old Town, and the deep blues of the Adriatic in the background.
